At Axis Lighting in Canada, I led the highest priority initiative, engineering data project that took non-conformances from 29.5% to 5.1%, then built the DriveWorks + SolidWorks automation that compressed shop-drawing time from 1.3 hours to 6 minutes across 83 product families.

Before that, in Qatar, I developed my engineering foundation by managing project bids, leading to secure multi-million-dollar tenders, executing predictive maintenance services, and supervising 60-person fit-out teams at Qatar Energy Headquarters.
