Replaced an 8-hour daily HMI reporting ritual with a live Power BI dashboard tracking production efficiency across the shop floor.

Problem
Leadership needed weekly efficiency numbers; producing them ate a full day of analyst time and shipped already-stale by Monday.
Approach
- Modeled production data sources into a Power BI dataset
- Designed dashboards around the metrics the SLT actually used in their meetings
- Automated refresh and exposed drill-downs by line, shift, and product family
Outcome
Reporting time fell by 94%, and the team finally saw production efficiency in something close to real time.
